We at Buddy & Bone are confident you will love your vegan leather products, however, should you not wish to keep your item, please return it to us in re-sellable condition within 30 days. Once received and inspected by our team, we will proceed with your refund for your collar and/or lead.
Please note: Return postage is not covered by Buddy & Bone and we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged parcels/items in return postage. Tracked Postage is recommended.
