ORDERING

How do I know what size to get my Buddy?

We would highly recommend that you measure your dog’s neck with a measuring tape to ensure you order the correct size. When measuring be sure there are two fingers worth of space between your pup’s neck and tape. You can find our size guide on our product pages, or by clicking on our sizing tab in the navigation bar.

Who is delivering my products?

We will be using Royal Mail and postage will be a flat rate of £3.95 for Signed for Delivery (2-3 working days) and £7.95 for Next Day Delivery if ordered before 12pm on previous business day.

Although we will limit this,  orders can be up to 5 days depending on busy periods. For Worldwide Shipping, this will vary from £8-15 dependant on Location.

Can I cancel/make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Yes. – please ensure you advise us at your earliest convenience by email woof@buddyandbone.com.
If you order has already been shipped, we would require the return of your item before a refund is processed. Please note return postage is not refundable.

How can I pay for my Orders?

RETURNS

What if the product is not what was expected?

We at Buddy & Bone are confident you will love your Vegan Leather products, however, should you not wish to keep your item, please return it to us in re-sellable condition within 30 days.
Once received & inspected by our team, we will proceed with your refund for your product.

Don’t forget to reuse your reusable compostable WASTEBASED Mailer to ship the item back to save on shipping your product.
Please note – Initial & return postage is non-refundable.

What if the size is not correct?

We are happy to exchange your Buddy & Bone product but items must be returned first before original order is refunded.
To exchange an item for a new size or model - we kindly ask you to place this request as a new and separate order online. Once we have accepted your returned item, a refund will be issued. As we have different pricing in place per size, refund amount will be reflected.
Please note: Initial & return postage is non-refundable.
